ZUBAIR umiatitina@gmail.com ARY PURWANTININGSIH alqadri@unram.ac.id <p>The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of the zoning system on the quality of education at SMPN 5 Pringgabaya, and how the school is addressing the challenges that arise from the zoning system in an effort to improve the quality of education. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The data collection techniques used are interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data display, and verifying conclusions. The research results show that the impact of the zoning system on the quality of education has a significant effect on the quality of education, where the planning and implementation of learning have undergone changes. Teachers at SMPN 5 Pringgabaya are making adjustments in lesson planning to face The diversity of students and teaching methods have also changed, focusing more on student-centered learning to enhance learning effectiveness. In terms of assessment, schools are also making adjustments by adopting more flexible assessment approaches such as formative assessments, projects, achievements, and other authentic assessments. Furthermore, the way schools address the challenges arising from the zoning system is by organizing various development programs and teacher training to enhance creativity and adaptability skills in teachers to face the diversity of student backgrounds. The program includes the introduction of innovative learning methods, and schools involve parents as they are considered an important element in addressing the impact of the zoning system. This is evident as schools strengthen communication through regular meetings and the use of technology such as WhatsApp groups.</p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK<br /></strong>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak sistem zonasi terhadap mutu pendidikan di SMPN 5 Pringgabaya, dan bagaimana cara pihak sekolah menghadapi tantangan yang muncul akibat sistem zonasi dalam usaha meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik wawancara obsrvasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan yaitu kondensasi data, tampilan data, dan memverifikasi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dampak sistem zonasi terhadap mutu pendidikan memiliki dampak yang begitu besar terhadap mutu pendidikan dimana perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran mengalami perubahan, guru-guru di SMPN 5 Pringgabaya melakukan penyesuaian dalam perencanaan pembelajaran untuk menghadapi keberagaman siswa, metode ajar juga mengalami perubahan dengan lebih berfokus pada pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa guna meningkatkan efektifitas belajar, dalam hal peneilaian sekolah juga melakukan penyesuaian dengan mengadopsi pendekatan penilaian yang lebih fleksibel seperti penilaian formatif, proyek, prestasi, dan penilaian autentik lainnya. Health promotion practices with outreach practice activities and health promotion media used. The aim of the research is to describe the practices of class participants in applying health promotion courses. This research is classroom action research, which took place in the learning classrooms of the Aceh Ministry of Health Polytechnic, with a total of 95 participants obtained from a total sampling spread across three classes. The results obtained from the good category of extension practice with presentation of SAP were 49.5%, extension with demonstration was 45.3%, and the media used was 52.6%. The most dominant media results used were leaflets as much as 49.5%.</p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK<br /></strong>Promosi kesehatan merupakan salah satu mata kuliah di bidang teknologi laboratorium medis, yang mencakup perkuliahan teori dan praktik. Praktik promosi kesehatan dengan kegiatan praktik penyuluhan dan media promosi kesehatan yang digunakan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menggambarkan praktik peserta kelas dalam mengaplikasikan mata kuliah promosi kesehatan. Penelitian ini merupakan <em>c</em><em>l</em><em>assroom action</em> <em>research</em><em>, </em>yang berlangsung dalam ruang kelas pembelajaran Poltekkes Kemenkes Aceh, dengan jumlah peserta 95 orang yang didapatkan secara <em>total sampling</em> yang tersebar ke dalam tiga kelas. Hasil yang diperoleh dari praktik penyuluhan kategori baik dengan penyajian SAP 49.5%, penyuluhan dengan demonstrasi 45.3%, dan media yang digunakan adalah 52.6%. Value is a reference or reference that is held as a guideline for the behavior of every member of society or a particular cultural group. For an anthropologist, the term "Culture" generally includes ways of thinking and ways of behaving that have become the characteristics of a particular nation or society. In this regard, culture consists of things such as language, science, laws, beliefs, religion, certain food preferences, music, work habits, prohibitions and so on. The research method used is qualitative research with stages (1) Data reduction: selecting and processing raw data, (2) Data display: re-displaying data that has been processed systematically and (3) Analyzing the processed data. The results of the study indicate that the Social Behavior of the "Village Alms" Community from the Perspective of Islamic Faith Education (Didumun II Berang, Simpang Teritip District, West Bangka Regency) is the social concept of the community trying to preserve village alms, not feeling burdened, just following suit. Analysis of the culture of village alms is seen from several aspects, namely cultural aspects, geographical aspects, socio-economic aspects, educational aspects, and religious aspects. The impact of village alms is physical, spiritual and social welfare aspects.</p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK<br /></strong>Masyarakat di dunia ini memiliki banyak kebudayaan, komponen kebudayaan salah satunya yakni nilai. Nilai merupakan suatu referensi atau rujukan yang dipegang sebagai pedoman tingkah laku setiap anggota masyarakat atau kelompok budaya tertentu. Bagi seorang ahli antropologi istilah “Kebudayaan” umumnya mencakup cara berpikir dan cara berlaku yang telah menjadi ciri khas suatu bangsa atau masyarakat tertentu. Sehubungan dengan itu maka kebudayaan terdiri dari hal-hal seperti bahasa, ilmu pengetahuan, hukum-hukum, kepercayaan, agama, kegemaran makanan tertentu, musik, kebiasaan pekerjaan, larangan-larangan dan sebagainya. This learning model increases student motivation in the literacy of integrated economic exploration material on environmental, social and religious moderation issues. The absorption and target achievement of the curriculum on integrated economic exploration material with the target achievement of 21st century skills is 92.31%. Three out of thirty-nine students in class X-3 did not meet the completeness of the learning objective achievement criteria score (KKTP: 78-80). This research was conducted at MTsN 1 Bone with the aim of knowing the personality competence, social competence, technical competence and managerial competence of education staff at MTsN 1 Bone. The development of human resources (HR) in educational institutions is very important to improve the quality of education and overcome the challenges of the times. This research aims to analyze the development of educational resources at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Bustanul Ulum Jayasakti, Central Lampung. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with case studies, involving in-depth interviews, direct observation and document analysis. The research results show that MA Bustan Ulum implements strategic development planning through three curricula government curriculum, Gontor Islamic boarding school, and Salaf Islamic boarding school which provides comprehensive understanding to educators. In addition, school initiatives to increase productivity and career opportunities for educators through training programs, although still limited, demonstrate commitment to human resource development. The results of this research enrich understanding of best practices in human resource development and can be used as a model for other educational institutions in their efforts to improve the quality of education in a sustainable manner.</p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK<br /></strong>Dalam era globalisasi, pendidikan menjadi pilar utama dalam pembangunan masyarakat, termasuk di Indonesia. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di lembaga pendidikan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan mengatasi tantangan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan sumber daya pendidik di Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Bustanul Ulum Jayasakti, Lampung Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MA Bustan Ulum menerapkan perencanaan pengembangan yang strategis melalui tiga kurikulum kurikulum pemerintah, pesantren Gontor, dan pesantren salaf yang memberikan pemahaman komprehensif kepada pendidik. Selain itu, inisiatif sekolah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan peluang karir pendidik melalui program pelatihan, meskipun masih terbatas, menunjukkan komitmen terhadap pengembangan SDM. Additionally, this study aims to identify the factors that influence the students of SDN Sumengko 1, Nganjuk Regency, in experiencing difficulties while learning English. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive study approach. The sampling method used is simple random sampling to determine the total sample to be studied. The research was conducted at SDN 1 Sumengko, Nganjuk Regency, with a total of 30 subjects. Data collection to assess the students' challenges in learning English and the influencing factors was done through interviews. The results of this research indicate several difficulties faced by the students of SDN Sumengko 1 in learning English, namely: (1) Difficulty in pronouncing and reading vocabulary, (2) Difficulty in memorizing vocabulary, (3) Difficulty in translating vocabulary, (4) Vocabulary that sounds unfamiliar to the ear. Additionally, a factor that contributes to the challenges in learning English is the health condition of the students themselves.</p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK<br /></strong>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan mengevaluasi kesulitan siswa siswi SDN Sumengko 1 Kabupaten nganjuk dalam mempelajari mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Selain itu, penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi siswa siswi SDN sumengko 1 Kabupaten Nganjuk mengalami kesulitan saat belajar mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam studi ini adalah studi deskriptif kualitatif. Metode sampling yang diterapkan adalah sampel acak sederhana untuk menentukan total sampel yang akan diteliti. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN 1 Sumengko, Kabupaten Nganjuk, dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 orang. Pengumpulan data untuk menilai tingkat tantangan pelajaran siswa dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris dan faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah wawancara. The background of this research is rooted in the challenges faced by TPQ in maintaining the quality of education amidst the high number of teacher resignations and suboptimal use of teaching aids. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey, involving 54 teachers and 760 students as a population, and using path analysis to test the hypotheses that have been determined. The research results show that HR management for Qur'an teachers has a significant effect on teacher professional competence with a contribution of 11.5%. In addition, teacher professional competence has a direct influence on learning success, contributing 46.5%. The analysis also reveals that HR management has a significant indirect influence on learning success through professional competence. This research reinforces the importance of systematic and effective human resource management, as well as the role of internal supervision and external supervision in improving the quality of learning. These findings provide insight for other educational institutions to optimize HR management to achieve better educational outcomes.</p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK<br /></strong>Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) Ad Du’a, dengan tujuan menganalisis pengaruh manajemen SDM terhadap kompetensi profesional guru dan keberhasilan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen SDM guru Qur’an berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 11,5%. Selain itu, kompetensi profesional guru berpengaruh langsung terhadap keberhasilan pembelajaran, berkontribusi sebesar 46,5%. Analisis juga mengungkapkan bahwa manajemen SDM memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pembelajaran melalui kompetensi profesional. The data for this study were obtained from the results of respondent responses (questionnaire distribution), where the questionnaire was filled out by 100 class XI students at SMKN 1 Keruak, taken from a population of 132 people. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and assisted by using the SPSS 15 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Project-based learning planning has an effect on students' learning creativity, as evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.184 or 18.4%; (2) Project-based learning evaluation has an effect on students' learning creativity, as evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.266 or 26.6%; (3) Project-based learning planning and evaluation has an effect on students' learning creativity, as evidenced by the determinant coefficient of 0.375 or 37.5%.</p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK<br /></strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen pembelajaran berbasis proyek terhadap kreativitas belajar peserta didik kelas XI di SMKN 1 Keruak tahun ajaran 2023/ 2024, ditinjau dari 2 fungsi manajemen, yaitu perencanaan dan evaluasi, dengan menggunakan hipotesis bahwa perencanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas belajar peserta didik di SMKN 1 Keruak. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using written interviews with school principals and teachers as well as examining existing documentation at the school. The data analysis carried out is a descriptive method that analyzes the facts obtained and connects them with theories to draw conclusions. From the results of data analysis, results can be obtained which show that there are still many teachers who have never participated in the training sent by the school. Only 14% of teachers have attended training more than 5 times, 9.6% have never attended training, 7.7% have attended training once, 17.3% have attended training 2 times, 30.8% have attended training 3 times, 13 .5% attended training 4 times and 3.8% attended training 5 times. There is also a problem, namely the teacher's lack of understanding in preparing teaching tools and being slow to complete them. If this research is continued, it is recommended to develop a more optimal management model so that it can help improve the quality of teachers, especially at the HKBP Pematangsiantar college foundation.</p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK</strong><br />Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam menangani masalah Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dan juga mengetahui seberapa baik/buruk penerapan MSDM yang sudah dijalankan di YP HKBP Pematangsiantar serta solusi yang bisa ditawarkan sehingga Kinerja guru di yayasan pendidikan ini dapat meningkat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara tertulis kepada Kepala sekolah dan guru juga meneliti dokumentasi yang ada di sekolah. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah metode deskriptif yang menganalisisfakta-fakta yang didapatkan dan menghubungkan dengan teori-teori untuk menarik kesimpulan. Dari hasil analisis data dapat diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak guru yang belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan yang diutus oleh sekolah. The research method used is qualitative by collecting data through interviews, questionnaires and observation. The results of interviews with teachers showed that WordWall was assessed positively in increasing student engagement and vocabulary understanding, even though several technical challenges such as slow internet connections were encountered. Student questionnaires also yielded positive responses, with the majority of students feeling more engaged and their vocabulary understanding improved after using WordWall. Observation results indicate that WordWall in combination with Chromebooks is effective in creating an interactive learning environment that facilitates student engagement. This study is descriptive qualitative research that used interviews, observation and documentation to collect data. Based on the research results, it shows that Kumon Citraland Puri Serang has its own learning strategy which is different from other courses, where Kumon Citraland uses a placement test to determine the starting point/basic level that will be taught according to the student's abilities. Kumon Citraland Serang also uses several learning media including audio and CD players, text books, practice sheets, the My Kumon application, and Kumon Konek. The material taught at Kumon is very diverse, starting from the lowest level, namely level 7A, to the highest level, namely level O. Each student will move up a level when they have completed the material at one level, namely 200 practice sheets. This research was done by using qualitative approach. In this article, the author wants to find students' and teacher perceptions or feedback about their experience learning and teaching English by using Nearpod in the classroom. the interview was used as the instrument in collecting main data. Hence, 5 students became the sample in this research. Besides that, the author also provides the observation as the supporting data to look on how the student engage with the apps. The data were taken from a school in Tangerang, Banten province. This school has been applying of Kurikulum merdeka for 4 years. In this method, students are not only passive recipients of information, but also actively involved in the learning process. This article discusses the implementation of active learning-based PAI learning as well as the advantages and disadvantages that exist in the elementary school. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results reveal that the application of active learning in PAI learning is very effective. Grouping students with diverse academic abilities and learning styles increases their enthusiasm and motivation. Although student activeness sometimes creates an unconducive classroom atmosphere, this challenge can be managed well. The support of facilities and infrastructure also plays an important role in improving the effectiveness of learning. Students' enthusiastic response shows that this active learning activity succeeded in increasing their engagement. Active learning has great potential to improve the quality of PAI learning, helping students understand religious concepts more deeply and develop critical thinking and collaboration skills. The successful implementation of this method relies heavily on support from teachers, schools, and parents, so collaboration is essential.</p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK<br /></strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pembelajaran aktif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SD Negeri 158 Palembang. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan active learning dalam pembelajaran PAI sangat efektif. Pengelompokan siswa dengan kemampuan akademik dan gaya belajar yang beragam meningkatkan semangat dan motivasi belajar siswa. Meskipun keaktifan siswa terkadang menimbulkan suasana kelas yang tidak kondusif, namun hal tersebut dapat diatasi dengan baik. Dukungan sarana dan prasarana juga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. The Finnish education system is known globally for its holistic approach that emphasizes character development, creativity and collaborative skills through project-based learning, as well as formative and continuous evaluation. On the other hand, the Indonesian education system is still dominated by a results-oriented approach that focuses on academic achievement through top-down teaching methods, with the teacher as the center and students as passive recipients of information. This study reveals that Finland has significant advantages in creating an inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation of learners, as well as in the integration of technology to support learning. In contrast, in Indonesia, learner engagement and the use of technology in the teaching-learning process is still limited, with the main focus on exam preparation and grade attainment. This research suggests that aspects such as equitable access to education, utilization of technology and more comprehensive evaluation methods in the Finnish education system can be an inspiration for Indonesia to develop a more adaptive basic education model that is relevant to the demands of 21st century education.</p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK<br /></strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan sistem pendidikan dasar di Indonesia dan Finlandia dengan fokus pada pendekatan pembelajaran, metode pengajaran, evaluasi, keterlibatan peserta didik, serta pemanfaatan teknologi. The study covers various dimensions, such as learning approaches, methods, evaluation systems, and the level of technology integration in the learning process. The background to this study is the global recognition of the success of Singapore's education system, which is considered more effective and advanced compared to the education system in Indonesia. These factors have a major influence on the quality of education and student learning outcomes in each country. This research uses the literature review method by collecting data and information from various literatures and academic sources to identify the fundamental differences between the two systems. The results show that the success of Singapore's education system is not only determined by innovative learning approaches and methods, but also by structured evaluation, high quality of educators, and consistent education policies from the government. On the other side, the education system in Indonesia still faces various challenges, including disparities in the quality of education, variations in learning approaches, and the lack of optimal utilization of technology. This article concludes that improving the quality of education in Indonesia requires comprehensive and consistent improvements in methods, evaluation and policies to catch up and improve the effectiveness of national education.</p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK<br /></strong>Artikel ini menyajikan analisis mendalam mengenai aspek-aspek pembelajaran di Singapura dan membandingkannya dengan sistem pendidikan di Indonesia. This article compares kindergarten education in the United States and Indonesia, focusing on learning curriculum, methods and assessment. This article aims to review the literature about the kindergarten education system in the United States, prioritizing a flexible, learner-centered approach. The literature study carried out included reviewing articles that were relevant to the title. The articles were searched on the <em>Google Scholar</em> search database using three keywords, namely kindergarten, Indonesian, United States. Then, articles were selected based on the year of publication (2020 to 2024), as well as articles with title continuity published in accredited national journals Sinta 1-6. The results of the reduction of 15 articles were used as study material. The impact of this article's study can provide new insights in developing more effective kindergarten education policies and practices.</p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK<br /></strong>Pendidikan anak usia dini memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk fondasi perkembangan anak. Artikel ini membahas perbandingan pendidikan taman kanak-kanak (TK) di Amerika Serikat dan Indonesia dengan fokus pada kurikulum pembelajaran, metode dan penilaian. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji literatur tentang sistem pendidikan TK di Amerika Serikat mengutamakan pendekatan fleksibel yang berpusat pada peserta didik. Studi literatur yang dilakukan meliputi pengkajian artikel yang memiliki relavansi dengan judul, artikel ditelusuri pada database pencarian <em>google scholar </em>dengan menggunakan tiga kata kunci yaitu Taman Kanak-Kanak, Indonesia, Amerika Serikat. Kemudian artikel diseleksi berdasarkan tahun publikasi (2020 hingga 2024), serta artikel dengan kesinambungan judul yang terpublikasi pada jurnal nasional terakreditasi Sinta 1-6. Hasil reduksi artikel sejumlah 15 yang digunakan untuk bahan kajian. KOKUI, initiated by the driving teachers of Pekalongan Regency, provides a collaborative space for teachers to share good practices, develop innovations, and improve skills in accordance with the demands of the Merdeka Curriculum. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a policy analysis approach to evaluate the effectiveness of the learning community in the context of the Merdeka Belajar policy. The results of the study indicate that KOKUI is effective in encouraging active teacher participation through online and offline activities, such as webinars, discussions, and workshops. The local government provides support for KOKUI community activities, although it is still limited to non-financial aspects. However, challenges such as lack of funding and the need for further evaluation still need to be addressed so that this program can continue to have a positive impact on teacher competence.</p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK<br /></strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi komunitas belajar KOKUI (Kolaborasi, Kreativitas, Unjuk Kerja, dan Inovasi) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru di Kabupaten Pekalongan. KOKUI, yang diprakarsai oleh guru penggerak Kabupaten Pekalongan, menyediakan ruang kolaboratif bagi para guru untuk berbagi praktik baik, mengembangkan inovasi, serta meningkatkan keterampilan sesuai dengan tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis kebijakan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas komunitas belajar dalam konteks kebijakan Merdeka Belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KOKUI efektif dalam mendorong partisipasi aktif guru melalui kegiatan daring dan luring, seperti webinar, diskusi, dan workshop. Pemerintah daerah memberikan dukungan terhadap kegiatan kombel KOKUI meskipun masih terbatas pada aspek non-finansial. The PPPK policy was introduced as an effort to improve the quality of education by providing official status to honorary teachers. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews with PPPK teachers in several schools. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the PPPK policy significantly increases teacher work motivation, which is reflected in increased welfare, recognition of status, and responsibility. These findings indicate that although the PPPK policy has great potential to improve the quality of education, challenges in its implementation need to be overcome so that positive impacts can be maximized. Recommendations are given to analyze planning, needs and improve motivation. With clear evaluation and performance standards, teachers tend to be more responsible in carrying out their duties professionally.</p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK<br /></strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak implementasi kebijakan Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) terhadap motivasi kerja guru di Indonesia. Kebijakan PPPK diperkenalkan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan memberikan status resmi kepada guru honorer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualiitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada guru PPPK di beberapa sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan PPPK secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru, yang tercermin dari peningkatan kesejahteraan, pengakuan status, dan tanggung jawab.Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kebijakan PPPK memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, tantangan dalam implementasinya perlu diatasi agar dampak positif dapat dimaksimalkan. This study aims to explore the form of the Maulid tradition as a medium for understanding the history of Prophet Muhammad in schools in Bandung, especially at the junior high school level. This research uses a qualitative method with a field research approach. The subjects of the study include students and teachers at schools that are the focus of this research, namely SMP Negeri 49 Bandung, SMP Pasundan 4 Bandung, and SMP PGII 1 Bandung. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation during the activities. This research emphasizes the importance of integrating religious traditions into educational programs to strengthen students' religious identity and provide additional insights into the history of Prophet Muhammad SAW. Based on the research findings, various activities in the commemoration of Maulid, such as the recitation of Barzanji, singing of sholawat, art performances, and interactive lectures, play an important role in providing students with additional insights into the history of Prophet Muhammad SAW, especially regarding his character and his struggles in spreading the teachings of Islam. Moreover, the active participation of students and teachers can create an enjoyable learning environment during the Maulid Nabi commemoration. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi wujud tradisi Maulid sebagai medium pemahaman sejarah Nabi Muhammad di sekolah-sekolah Kota Bandung, khususnya pada jenjang SMP. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian lapangan (<em>field research</em>). Subjek penelitian terdiri atas siswa dan guru di sekolah-sekolah yang menjadi fokus penelitian, yaitu SMP Negeri 49 Bandung, SMP Pasundan 4 Bandung, dan SMP PGII 1 Bandung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collected is the achievement of students' literacy skills as a result of the minimum competency assessment on high school level education reports. The research sample was taken randomly as many as 50% from high schools in Ogan Ilir Regency. The research results show that the average literacy ability of high school students in Ogan Ilir district reaches the minimum competency of 54%, the remaining 46% have not reached the minimum competency. The average achievement of literacy competency in the content aspect is 61% for both informational texts and literary texts. The average competency achievements in the Cognitive Level aspect include 62% in the competency to access and find information (Level 1); competency to interpret and understand text content (Level 2) is 60%, and competency to evaluate and reflect on text content is 61%. The conclusion from the research results is that the literacy skills of high school students in Ogan Ilir Regency are still in the medium category.</p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK<br /></strong>Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis capaian kemampuan literasi peserta didik hasil Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) pada rapor pendidikan jenjang SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah capaian kemampuan literasi peserta didik hasil asesmen kompetensi minimum (AKM) pada rapor pendidikan jenjang SMA. Sampel penelitian diambil secara acak sebanyak 50% dari SMA di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan literasi peserta didik SMA kabupaten Ogan Ilir mencapai kompetensi minimum sebanyak 54%, sisanya sebanyak 46% belum mencapai kompetensi minimum. Rata-rata capaian kompetensi literasi pada aspek konten, yaitu sebanyak 61 % baik pada teks informasi dan teks sastra. Rata-rata capaian kompetensi pada aspek Level Kognitif antara lain 62% pada kompetensi mengakses dan menemukan informasi (Level 1); kompetensi menginterpretasi dan memahami isi teks (Level 2) sebesar 60%, dan kompetensi mengevaluasi dan merefleksikan isi teks sebesar 61%. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of human resource management in improving the quality of education at MI Sabilussa'adah. This research is field research in the form of qualitative research. To get an in-depth picture of the effectiveness of HR Management, several stages of data collection were carried out. Data analysis in research is carried out before entering the field, while in the field and after finishing in the field. The analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis technique. The results of the research show that the implementation of HR management at MI Sabilussa'adah has been carried out quite well, so that it has good effectiveness in improving the quality of education in high quality education which is an important prerequisite in creating quality human resources. In the context of education in Indonesia, madrasas have a significant role in providing quality Islamic education. One of the madrasas that is committed to improving the quality of education.</p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK<br /></strong>Manajemen sumber daya manusia sangat penting bagi pendidikan dalam mengelola, mengatur, dan memberdayakan SDM sekolah sehingga dapat berfungsi secara produktif untuk mencapai suatu tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MI Sabilussa’adah. Penelitian ini merapakan penelitian lapangan yang berbentuk kualitatif. Untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang mendalam tentang efektivitas Manajemen SDM, maka dilakukan beberapa tahapan pengumpulan data. Analisis data dalam penelitian dilakukan sebelum memasuki lapangan, selama di lapangan dan setelah selesai dilapangan. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi manajemen SDM di MI Sabilussa’adah telah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik, sehingga hal tersebut memiliki efektivitas yang baik untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di mutu pendidikan yang tinggi menjadi prasyarat penting dalam menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Dalam konteks pendidikan di Indonesia, madrasah memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam menyediakan pendidikan Islam yang berkualitas. Stress conditions are also experienced by Islamic Education Institutions, Muhammadiyah Attanwir Metro Islamic Boarding School. This research is expected to help the Boarding School resolve the factors that cause stress by implementing stress management. The method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques (1) observation (2) interviews and (3) documents. The results showed that the stress factors experienced by the caregiving staff were caused by the bad behavior of students and a lot of workload. Stress management that has been applied is with an individual approach and an organizational approach. There are still other problems found from the application of previous stress management, so the stress management that can be done by the pesantren is by applying sincere intentions, patience, dhikr, repentance, positive and optimistic thinking, and prayer.</p> <p><strong>ABSTRAK<br /></strong>Beban kerja yang dipikul seorang guru sangatlah nyata, sehingga bisa menyebabkan terjadinya stes. Kondisi stres juga dialami oleh Lembaga Pendidikan Islam, Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah Attanwir Metro. Penelitian ini diharapkan membantu Pesantren menyelesaikan faktor penyebab stres dengan penerapan manajemen stress. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data (1) observasi (2) wawancara dan (3) dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Faktor stres yang dialami tenaga kepengasuhan disebabkan oleh perilaku buruk santri dan beban kerja yang banyak. Manajemen stres yang telah diterapkan oleh Pesantren adalah dengan pendekatan individu dan pendekatan organisasi.
