MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS XII SMAN 1 CIBITUNG PADA POKOK BAHASAN STATISTIKA DENGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TEAM BASED LEARNING (TBL)

Abstract

The study focuses on improving the learning outcomes of Grade 1 students in the Statistics course at the MIPA 3 level using Team Based Learning (TBL) model. The research was conducted in two semesters, from September to October 2019, with 36 students. The study was conducted in the second semester, focusing on the first semester and the second semester. The results showed that students who scored klasikal were more likely to participate and discuss with their team, which in turn increased their motivation to learn. The study concluded that using TBL model can enhance the learning outcomes of Grade 1 students and the overall learning performance, with a 22.2% improvement in klasikal scores and 10.42% improvement in klasikal scores. This suggests that TBL is an alternative learning method used by teachers in Mathematics education. The study highlights the importance of using TBL in teaching and learning.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berfokus pada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa Kelas 1 pada mata kuliah Statistika tingkat MIPA 3 dengan menggunakan model Team Based Learning (TBL). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama dua semester, yaitu bulan September sampai dengan Oktober 2019, dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 36 orang. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester kedua dengan fokus pada semester pertama dan semester kedua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang memperoleh nilai klasikal lebih cenderung berpartisipasi dan berdiskusi dengan timnya, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan motivasi belajar mereka. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model TBL dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa Kelas 1 dan prestasi belajar secara keseluruhan, dengan peningkatan nilai klasikal sebesar 22,2% dan peningkatan nilai klasikal sebesar 10,42%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa TBL merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran alternatif yang digunakan oleh guru dalam pendidikan Matematika. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya penggunaan TBL dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran.
